Rob has significant experience litigating claims worth up to tens of millions of dollars before trial and appellate courts and arbitration panels. Rob closes advantageous deals by negotiating and drafting complex agreements to further clients’ business objectives and, when necessary, aggressively litigates claims to conclusion either at trial (and appeal) or through settlement.

Rob's professional successes include obtaining arbitration awards, winning at the trial level, successfully arguing cases before appellate courts, obtaining million-dollar judgments, closing multi-million dollar transactions, obtaining emergency temporary injunctions, and negotiating and memorializing advantageous settlements of complex disputes.
Rob has a long and successful history of achieving innovative resolutions to his clients' problems and opportunities.
His career spans from representations of some of the world's largest corporations in billion-dollar transactions and high-stakes emergency litigation to balancing budgets and meeting payroll while operating a small business. Rob has drafted pleadings filed with the United States Supreme Court, argued numerous cases, arbitrations, and appeals, and negotiated and closed complex business transactions.

Rob is married to the love of his life, Heidi. They are blessed with two children, Evie and Charlie. Rob and his family reside in Upper Arlington and are thankful to serve at The Refinery Church of the Nazarene.
Rob graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2003 after graduating summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2000. Rob is proud of his deep family roots in Southern Ohio, where he was born and raised. In 1996, Rob graduated as Valedictorian of Western High School in Latham, Ohio.
Rob began his career as an associate at Jones Day, one of the world's premier law firms. At Jones Day, Rob gained invaluable experience representing large corporations in matters such as real estate, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. In 2006, Rob left Jones Day to launch his own real estate, construction, and timber companies. In 2009, Rob joined Murray Murphy Moul + Basil LLP, an elite boutique firm, where he counseled businesses and individuals in transactions, litigation, arbitration, and mediation. In 2015, Rob started his own practice, Robert Huff Miller LLC.
